If your order hasn’t been shipped, contact us at customercare@bellaluxejewellery.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

If your item arrives damaged, email us with photos within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we'll assist you promptly.

We only accept exchanges for items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind. If your item is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll assist you.
