Return and Exchange Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged and notify us within 7 days of taking possession, you have the choice of either obtaining a full refund on your purchased item, or replacing it with another item up to the same value. You must have your original receipt or proof of purchase.
Do note we do not have a change of mind policy so please ensure you take your time with your selections and are happy with the purchase(s) you make.
Conditions of Return/Exchange:

Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused ideally with all original packaging and labels).

Shipping costs from online purchases non-refundable.
Who pays for shipping returns?
Customers pay the cost of return charges to BellaLuxe Jewellery, however we will waive any postage on exchange items sent back to the customer if the item is faulty, once the product has been received and assessed. Please ensure you provide a delivery receipt with any charges to ensure your refund can be processed.
