Processing Time

All purchases are dispatched via Australia Post. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow 1 to 2 business days for the processing of your order before dispatch. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Additional processing time may be required during peak holiday seasons.

  • $8.50 AUD flat rate for AU orders under $70 AUD.

 

Express Shipping

 

  • We offer FREE Express Shipping on all AU orders over $150 AUD (1 to 3 business days).

  • $15 AUD flat rate for AU orders under $150 AUD.

DELIVERY POLICY

At BellaLuxe Jewellery, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and joyful as unboxing your new favourite piece. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Shipping & Delivery

Please double-check that your shipping details are correct before placing your order - including apartment numbers, street names, and postal codes.
BellaLuxe Jewellery is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking details are provided, the parcel is in the hands of the courier. While BellaLuxe Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost, damaged, or marked as "delivered" but not received, we understand how frustrating these situations can be.

If something goes wrong, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
That said - we’re always here to help. If you run into an issue, get in touch and we’ll do our best to support you, including lodging an inquiry with the courier if needed.

 

For peace of mind, we recommend choosing Express Shipping with signature on delivery, especially for high-value orders.

A few delivery tips:

  • Make sure someone is available to receive and sign for your parcel, if required.

  • Depending on the courier, your parcel might be left in a safe place if no one is home.

Shipping Delays & Returned Orders
  • During peak periods (like holidays), delivery times may be longer than usual due to courier demand. We appreciate your patience during these times.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from a pickup point, reshipping fees will apply.​​

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make changes.
Unfortunately, we can’t cancel or modify orders that have already been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We'll be happy to resolve the issue - whether that means a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
